PCMCIA Membership Agreement All parties applying for membership to PCMCIA must sign the PCMCIA Membership Agreement and return it (by mail or express courier) to PCMCIA before a new membership can become active. All existing PCMCIA members are bound to this same agreement. Please review this agreement and submit it to PCMCIA along with the online membership application. Membership becomes effective when PCMCIA has received payment and the signed agreement. Once you have confirmed the information, it will be sent to PCMCIA for processing.
