3) Sales Tax and Shipping Rates

Sales Tax: Orders shipped to California will have sales tax added according to tax rate in your county. No sales tax for all other orders. CA SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Please visit this site to find the current sales tax rate for your county.

Shipping:

  • US customers may choose DHL Overnight or DHL Ground service (rates are in the table below and will be reflected on your Quote). DHL Ground delivery takes approximately 2-8 days, depending upon the distance from San Jose, CA.
  • For orders shipped International or to Alaska or Hawaii, the shipping rates below do not apply. The order will be shipped DHL World Express 2 Day (International) or DHL Next Day (Alaska/Hawaii). The shipping rate will be reflected on your Quote.
  • For orders over 20 lbs., the shipping rate will be reflected on your Quote
  • Please email sales@pcmcia.org or call (408) 433-2273 if you would like to know the shipping rate for International, Alaska/Hawaii or for orders over 20 lbs. before you order
  • You may include your FedEx Account Number on the Quote if you would like us to ship to you via FedEx

4) Payment Options

  • Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Will ship same day if credit card information is received by 1:00 PM Pacific Time. If after 1:00 PM, will ship next day.
  • Check: Your order will ship once we receive your check (USD$ Funds Only)
  • Wire Transfer: $30 Wire Transfer fee must be added (bank details are included on Quote). Your order will ship upon receipt of Wire Transfer confirmation.

5) Submit Order

  • You will recieve a completed Quote with sales tax and shipping and handling costs by email within one business day.
  • You may respond to the Quote with payment information by Fax, Phone, or Email.
  • Submitting this form will take you to a confirmation page where you can review your order before sending to PCMCIA.
